Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support multiple MDM applications, including Informatica IDMC, STEP PIM, and Bynder DAM. You will partner with stakeholders, solution architects, and development teams to define and manage requirements, support testing, and enable reliable enterprise data capabilities.

The role requires 4–8 years of experience and a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in data/MDM domains.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Experience gathering and documenting requirements across functional and non-functional areas.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, document, and manage requirements across MDM, PIM, DAM and related enterprise data platforms.
• Lead elicitation sessions and document user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, and business rules.
• Coordinate functional, integration, and user acceptance testing, including test case reviews and defect management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to align requirements with project scope.
