Competenze

• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience with data management or MDM focus.
• Experience in financial services consulting or banking clients is preferred.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into functional requirements and use cases.
• Understanding of Master Data Management concepts and data governance.
• Familiarity with data quality, lineage, metadata, and audit trails.
• Comfortable working with Jira, SharePoint, and client-ready documentation.

Mansioni

• Partner with client stakeholders to identify and document Customer and Party MDM use cases and KPIs.
• Lead interviews and working sessions to gather requirements from business users and data owners.
• Analyze current processes and data environments to define future-state requirements for master data.
• Develop functional MDM blueprints for governance, mastering, and distribution of data.
• Create data flow maps and inventories showing how customer data moves across systems.
• Define data quality requirements, rules, controls, and remediation workflows.
• Document entity resolution, matching, survivorship, and trusted customer records.
• Help define target-state data governance models with ownership and stewardship roles.
• Support MDM implementation roadmaps, priorities, and mobilization plans.
• Prepare business requirements, process flows, and client-ready presentations.
