Job summary

ICF seeks a GIS Analyst to perform data capture, updates, and analysis using ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Online, while managing geodatabases and metadata. The role includes map design for print and web, and applying LiDAR data for elevations and surface classifications.

Candidates should have 2+ years in cadastral data management, GIS fundamentals, GPS collection, and ESRI mobile apps. Bilingual English/Spanish and up to 25% travel to Puerto Rico are required.

Qualifications

• Candidate holds a degree in GIS or related field or an associate degree with GIS experience.
• Experience with cadastral data creation/editing in ArcGIS suite.
• Strong understanding of projections, datums, REST services, editing and geodatabases.
• Experience collecting GPS data and using ESRI mobile apps (Field Apps, Survey123, QuickCapture).
• Experience delivering GIS trainings and ability to obtain Public Trust.
• Ability to travel up to 25% in Puerto Rico and bilingual English/Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Perform data capture, updates, and analysis within ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Online.
• Manage and document geodatabases and update metadata.
• Design and develop maps for print and web use.
• Utilize LiDAR and other remote sensing data to improve elevations and classifications.
• Support training efforts and help develop curricula and materials.
