Exavalu Solutions India Pvt Ltd is seeking a Business Analyst for a remote role with 8-10+ years of IT experience, including 4+ years in US Retirement/Recordkeeping. The position involves working with large recordkeeping clients to drive business analysis, solution design, and delivery across retirement platforms.

Responsibilities include eliciting requirements, onboarding data mapping and payroll integration, and configuring systems in line with plan documents and service provisions.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years IT experience, including 4+ years in US Retirement domain
• Strong knowledge of 401(k), 403(b), 457, etc. plan types
• Hands-on expertise in at least 2-3 areas: Recordkeeping systems (Omni / Relius / TRAC), Digital experience platforms, SQL/data analysis/integration concepts

Responsabilités

• Elicit, analyze, and document business and system requirements
• Support plan onboarding, including data mapping and payroll integration
• Interpret plan documents, legal provisions, and service provisions for system configuration
• Contribute to Sponsor / Participant / Advisor digital experiences
• Perform impact analysis, support UAT, and collaborate across teams
