Job summary

Exavalu Solutions India Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Data & Analytics Leader to drive pre-sales, solution architecture, delivery governance, and client engagement for enterprise analytics initiatives in a remote setting.

You will lead analytics programs across cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), data engineering, BI/Reporting, AI/ML, and governance, while mentoring teams and delivering measurable business value.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Data & Analytics with strong exposure to Pre-Sales and Delivery Leadership.
• Hands-on experience in Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, BI/Visualization, and Cloud Analytics platforms.
• Strong understanding of technologies such as Azure, AWS, GCP, Snowflake, Databricks, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, etc.

Responsibilities

• Lead Data & Analytics practice initiatives including Pre-Sales, Solution Architecture, Delivery Governance, and Capability Building.
• Engage with enterprise clients to understand business challenges and propose scalable Data & Analytics solutions.
• Drive RFP/RFI responses, solution presentations, estimation, proposal creation, and client workshops.
• Define data transformation strategies covering Data Engineering, BI & Reporting, Cloud Analytics, AI/ML, and Governance.
• Collaborate with Sales and Account teams to identify opportunities and support business growth.
• Lead large-scale analytics programs and ensure successful delivery with quality and stakeholder satisfaction.

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Data & Analytics Leader with strong expertise in Pre-Sales, Solutioning, Client Engagement, and Delivery Leadership. The ideal candidate will drive business growth by leading analytics transformation initiatives, building data-driven solutions, and managing enterprise client relationships across industries.

Required Skills & Experience

• 12+ years of experience in Data & Analytics with strong exposure to Pre-Sales and Delivery Leadership.
  


• Hands-on experience in Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, BI/Visualization, and Cloud Analytics platforms.

• Experience in solutioning for enterprise analytics and digital transformation programs.
  


• Strong experience in client-facing roles including consulting, stakeholder management, and proposal management.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
