Must-Haves:

• 3+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting, observability, or related technical roles
• Hands-on experience working with metrics, logs, and event-based data
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
• Experience building dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using BI/reporting tools
• Experience gathering, cleansing, and structuring data from multiple data sources
• Ability to define, track, and analyze KPIs, throughput metrics, and cycle times
• Strong attention to detail with focus on data accuracy and integrity
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience working independently and collaborating with cross-functional teams
