• Strong hands-on experience using Clio in a legal, law firm, or legal operations environment.
• Current access to Clio and the ability to use the platform independently.
• Experience with case or matter management, client management, document management, legal tasks, time tracking, or billing.
• Ability to explain legal technology workflows and processes clearly.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Comfort recording and sharing your screen while demonstrating workflows.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned legal practice management workflows in Clio using provided instructions.
• Create, update, and manage matters, client information, tasks, documents, and related records.
• Navigate Clio features for calendars, time tracking, billing, case management, and document management.
• Record your screen while completing workflows and clearly demonstrate the steps taken.
• Create realistic prompts and detailed rubrics based on completed workflows.
• Document the tools, features, and actions used in each workflow.
• Review completed tasks for accuracy and alignment with project quality standards.
