Job summary

MAPEI Corporation, a global leader in construction chemicals and building materials, seeks a dynamic Sales Representative for remote operations in the LA area. You will drive sales through demonstrations, sample applications, and strategic customer engagement.

Role emphasizes achieving targets, building relationships with decision-makers, and leveraging MAPEI’s product portfolio for tailored solutions. Travel within the territory and independent work are expected.

Qualifications

• External sales experience with a proven track record in relevant industry/products.
• Strong knowledge of the assigned market/industry.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the territory.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required.
• Proficient in Windows-based PC use and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets as outlined by the Company.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to customers.
• Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers.
• Identify tailored solutions from MAPEI’s portfolio.
• Generate and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective customers.
• Gather market intelligence for product innovation and market strategy.
• Represent the Company at trade shows and customer meetings.
• Maintain a safe workspace and adhere to standards.
• Perform other duties as required.
