Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Project Manager to oversee real estate projects from initiation through completion, with a focus on building management deployment in the United States market. The role requires 5-8 years of relevant experience, a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), and preferred LEED AP, PMP, or CCM designations.

You will coordinate with clients, manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality, and lead internal teams using standard governance and reporting practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; combination of education and experience considered.
• Experience in project management and construction-related fields beneficial.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for real estate projects from initiation to closeout.
• Coordinate with clients to prepare scope, work plans, milestones, quality control and risk.
• Define delivery resources and assemble internal teams.
• Implement governance and ensure data integrity and timely documentation.
• Lead project delivery team and track progress, reporting status and variances.
• Develop risk mitigation plans and respond to project threats.
