Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Project Manager to oversee real estate projects from initiation through completion, with a focus on Building Management deployment. You will coordinate with clients, define scope and milestones, and guide internal teams to successful delivery.

Ideal candidates have 5–8 years of experience, a Bachelor's degree, and professional designations such as LEED AP, PMP or CCM. Strong analytical skills and MS Office proficiency are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• LEED AP, PMP and/or CCM designations preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills; basic financial calculations.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for singular real estate projects from initiation to closeout.
• Work directly with clients to prepare scope, work plan, milestones, quality, and risk.
• Define delivery resources and implement governance aligned with client needs.
• Ensure data integrity, report status and variances, and lead the project team.
• Identify threats, develop risk mitigation plans, and drive action plans to keep on schedule.
