We seek a Building Envelope Consultant/Project Manager to lead onsite assessments, coordinate with clients, and deliver comprehensive reports through final deliverables and invoicing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or specialized experience in relevant field.
• Experience applying building science principles to moisture intrusion.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Bluebeam/AutoCAD preferred.
• Ability to travel 30-50% in the U.S.; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Perform onsite building envelope consulting and diagnostic assessments.
• Coordinate with peers, engineers, and owners to identify root causes.
• Develop responsive proposals outlining remediation solutions.
• Prepare written reports with scopes, specs, and recommendations.
• Coordinate inspection staff and review reports for accuracy.
• Manage projects on time, within scope and budget.
• Support future business development and client relationships.
