Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Building Science, Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Technical building science knowledge and understanding of moisture intrusion.
• Experience with Microsoft Office; reading measurements and blueprint reading.

Responsibilities

• Perform onsite building envelope consulting and diagnostic assessments.
• Coordinate with peers and owners to identify root causes of problems.
• Prepare responsive proposals that address envelope and moisture issues.
• Write technical reports with scopes, specs and remediation recommendations.
• Coordinate inspection staff and review client deliverables for accuracy.
• Manage projects on time, on scope, and within budget.
• Support business development and client relationship efforts.
