KTA-Tator, Inc. is seeking a Building Envelope Consultant / Project Manager to join our Commercial Services Group. This full-time position involves leading technical assessments of commercial buildings and managing client needs from proposal through final deliverables. You will perform on-site assessments, coordinate with external firms, and prepare technical reports while ensuring project assignments are completed on time and within budget.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a strong understanding of building maintenance strategies.
