Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Test Manager to drive testing across a broad AML modernization program in Sioux Falls, SD. You will own test plans, scenarios, and documentation while coordinating SIT and UAT across multiple teams and ensuring coverage of requirements.

You will validate data flows using SQL, maintain testing evidence, and manage defects through resolution. Banking/financial services familiarity and Actimize experience are highly valued in this role.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of Test Manager experience in BSA/AML with a data background.
• Experience coordinating SIT and UAT.
• Proficient in test planning and scenario development.
• Ability to map requirements to tests and ensure traceability.
• Defect tracking, coordination, retesting and resolution.
• Strong test documentation and evidence management.
• Basic SQL capabilities.
• Understanding of data validation and data quality.
• Ability to coordinate across business and technical teams.
• Actimize experience; Banking/financial services exposure; regulatory/audit sensitive programs; data integration/migrations.

Responsibilities

• Own and coordinate testing across the broader AML modernization effort.
• Develop and maintain test plans, scenarios, conditions, and documentation.
• Coordinate SIT and UAT activities across multiple teams.
• Ensure requirements are adequately covered through testing.
• Track defects and coordinate fixes and retesting.
• Use SQL and data analysis to validate data flows.
• Maintain clear testing evidence and documentation.
• Coordinate dependencies between BSA/AML, Actimize, technology, and integration teams.
