Pathward is seeking a Manager, BSA/AML Operations to lead alert review, investigations, and SAR/CTR reporting across multiple business lines. You will manage a team of analysts, ensure regulatory alignment and risk coverage, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen anti-money laundering controls.

The role requires 5–7 years in BSA/AML, CAMS or equivalent certification preferred, and deep knowledge of merchant acquiring and card network compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, criminal justice, accounting, business, or related field.
• CAMS or equivalent AML certification strongly preferred; advanced certifications a plus.
• Experience in 5–7 years of BSA/AML investigations or financial crimes compliance, with merchant acquiring exposure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee alert review, case investigations, SAR/CTR filing across Issuing, Lending, Tax/Refund, Commercial DDA, Merchant Acquiring, BaaS, and partner programs.
• Manage a team of analysts; ensure adherence to SLAs, quality standards, and production targets.
• Maintain knowledge of BSA/AML regulations and collaborate with cross-functional teams for risk coverage.
