Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies, Inc. seeks an Automation and Robotics Deployment Leader to drive end-to-end deployment of manufacturing automation across US sites and Puerto Rico. The contractor will coordinate with the Robotics Director and global team, assess brownfield constraints, and guide system integrators and partners to deliver impactful automation initiatives. Strong hands-on leadership and risk-aware execution are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience evaluating, implementing, or supporting robotics deployments in brownfield settings.
• Ability to structure work across multiple stakeholders and drive outcomes.
• Experience translating workflows into requirements, scopes, and plans.
• Experience managing external delivery partners and system integrators.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution of automation and robotics projects from definition through implementation.
• Engage site functions to understand workflows, pain points, and outcomes.
• Assess brownfield processes early to prevent non-deployable solutions.
• Translate needs into clear scope, requirements, value, and deliverables.
• Review proposals and plans with partners and ensure accountable delivery.
• Produce project documentation, status updates, and risk tracking.
