Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• 1-2 years in Financial Services preferred.
• FINRA Series 7 and 63/65 or 66 required or obtained within 90 days of hire.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field enhances candidacy.
• 3-5 years experience in Brokerage preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer member and field calls and manage workflow.
• Process new accounts, maintenance requests, transfers and distributions.
• Analyze non-routine and complex transactions and ensure timely, accurate processing.
• Collaborate with service teams to maintain quality and compliance.
• Provide clear communications on operational status to field and clients.
