Job summary

Alpaca, a US-headquartered broker-dealer, is seeking a Conversions and Migration Associate to drive inbound asset migrations for Broker API partners. You will own the operational execution, coordinate across compliance, product, and engineering teams, and ensure accurate asset reconciliation during high-volume windows.

The role emphasizes detailed data handling, cross-team collaboration, and experience in broker‑dealer operations, with remote work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in brokerage operations, clearing, or account transfer operations.
• Hands-on experience with ACATS transfers, DTC settlements, and back-office workflows.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key operational point of contact for Broker API partners to facilitate inbound asset migrations and manage the migration lifecycle.
• Coordinate onboarding and conversion with partner firms and document processes for repeatable playbooks.
• Reconcile migrated assets and ensure accuracy while coordinating with compliance, product, and engineering teams.
