Alpaca is seeking a proactive Associate Product Manager to own the corporate actions lifecycle across a rapidly scaling broker-dealer platform. You will build and operate systems, manage vendor relationships, and ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely processing across announcements, entitlements, and settlements.

Responsabilidades

• Own corporate actions end-to-end from announcement ingestion to entitlement calculation and processing.
• Coordinate with vendors and data providers to ensure quality and automation readiness.
• Design staged automation for mandatory actions and pre-reconciliation.
• Deliver entitlement worksheets, selective processing, and dashboards to monitor processing time and credits.
• Coordinate with international markets and partner institutions for readiness.
• Partner with engineering for data governance across securities master, brokerage, and ledger systems.
