Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED and a minimum of 6 years of related experience.
• BA/BS preferred; Insurance license may be required.
• Travel to worksite and other locations as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Audits and reconciles agent appointment renewals
• Conducts background checks and handles complex inquiries and compliance issues on agent/rep licensing
• Processes terminations and tracks continuing education requirements for agents/reps
• Generates reports for internal and external distribution
• Participates on project teams for ongoing system enhancement projects
• Maintains broker commissions, broker bonuses and payout levels
• Conducts audits and implements new regulations; participates in DOI exams
• Documents procedures and trains sales and other associates
