You will manage daily broker-dealer workflows, maintain customer accounts, and process transfers to ensure accuracy across millions of customers.

You'll collaborate with Engineering, Product, Trading, CX, Compliance, Finance, and Apex, while identifying improvements to reduce manual work and shorten resolution times.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in financial services operations or related control functions.
• Experience with US equities trade lifecycle concepts and approvals.
• Ability to investigate data breaks and document resolutions.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily trade, position, balance, and cash reconciliations with full documentation.
• Support customer account onboarding and maintenance workflows, including ESQ checks.
• Process inbound/outbound securities transfers (ACATs) end-to-end with tracking.
• Monitor alerts and escalation queues; coordinate remediation across teams.
• Support corporate action operations and validate post-event allocations.
• Identify recurring issues and propose improvements to reduce manual work.
