Job summary

TEGNA is seeking an Operations Analyst to own incident resolution, automate repetitive tasks, and support broadcast and digital platforms in a remote, distributed team. You will triage incidents via ServiceNow, coordinate with IT and engineering teams, and drive proactive monitoring using New Relic and other tools.

The role requires 3+ years in IT operations, strong scripting skills (PowerShell/Python), and experience with ITSM practices and incident management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on IT operations experience.
• Three+ years in operations or advanced helpdesk role supporting enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

• Own ServiceNow tickets from intake to resolution across endpoints, imaging, collaboration tools, and AI/workflow tooling.
• Monitor critical broadcast and streaming systems, respond to alerts, perform health checks, tune dashboards.
