Job summary

TEGNA Inc. is seeking an Operations Analyst to own day-to-day monitoring, support, and stability of broadcast and digital platforms. You will triage incidents, resolve tickets, and collaborate with distributed IT teams in a 24x7 environment, driving automation and proactive monitoring.

You will use ServiceNow, New Relic, and other tools to manage incidents, document root causes, and enable first-contact resolution, while continuously improving runbooks and knowledge articles for remote teams.

Qualifications

• Three or more years in operations or advanced helpdesk roles supporting enterprise applications and 24x7 environments.
• Experience supporting broadcast, media, or digital workflow systems is a plus.
• Strong IT service management knowledge including incident and problem management.
• Hands-on automation and scripting (PowerShell, Python) to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own ServiceNow incident tickets from intake to resolution across endpoints, imaging workflows, Teams/O365, and AI tooling.
• Provide proactive monitoring and operational support for broadcast and streaming systems; respond to alerts and perform health checks.
• Document root causes and remediation steps; drive first-contact resolution and maintain runbooks.
