Qualifications

• 2 years logistics experience or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistic needs for remote broadcast facilities and ensure equipment is available for each show.
• Assist Operations and Field Shop departments with equipment needs related to client events.
• Document and track equipment needs in the NEP work order system.
• Coordinate equipment rentals with rental houses and generate work orders for customers outside a truck rental scope.
• Maintain equipment databases and scheduling systems for accuracy and efficiency.
• Act as liaison between Engineering and Mobile Unit Engineers to address urgent inquiries.
