Job summary

NEP Group in Pittsburgh is seeking an Integration Technician to join our Systems Integration team. You will construct and refurbish mobile units and related projects, ensuring equipment meets NEP standards and client needs.

Associates or technical degree preferred; experience with broadcast equipment and basic hand tools valued. Must be able to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects, and hold a valid Driver's License; weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience with broadcast equipment and technology.
• Must be able to meet deadlines and manage simultaneous projects.
• Prior wiring experience is a plus, but not required. (Training will be provided as needed)

Responsibilities

• Read and understand floor plans, rack elevations, signal flow diagrams and jack field layouts.
• Translate drawings into cable pulling, cable prep and installation into mobile units and related projects.
• Install cable, panels and equipment bringing elements together to form a fully functional system.
• Test the functionality of fabrication and installation work that has been performed.
• Fabricate connectors for every required type of cable in a mobile unit.
