Job summary

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of layer 2 and 3 switching, TCP/IP protocols, and multicast protocols.
• Prior experience with SMPTE-2110 and broadcast television industry preferred.
• Ability to work shift work, including weekends, as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 technical support for NEP mobile units and studios.
• Collaborate with teams to design and implement production systems.
• Assist on-site teams with troubleshooting IP video and network issues.
• Travel to shows and events for on-site engineering support.
