Jobot is seeking a civil/structural engineer to lead bridge design and rehabilitation projects across Indiana, collaborating with a lean, technically-focused team. You will manage schedules, budgets, and client communications while supporting INDOT-driven transportation initiatives.

The role is remote within Indiana, with opportunities to own meaningful transportation projects and contribute to statewide mobility and safety. A PE license is preferred but not required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required in civil/structural engineering.
• Experience managing bridge design, rehabilitation, or structural transportation projects.
• Familiarity with INDOT standards and workflows preferred.
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and project schedules.
