Job summary

Jobot is seeking a civil engineering professional to manage bridge design and transportation projects across Indiana from a remote-capable role. You will lead design, rehabilitation, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams on INDOT-related work.

The ideal candidate has a PE is preferred but not required, strong knowledge of INDOT standards, and proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and client communications while delivering practical infrastructure solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience managing bridge design, rehabilitation, or structural transportation projects.
• Familiarity with INDOT standards, procedures, and transportation project workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or structural engineering.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams and project schedules.
• Proficiency with bridge design tools, structural analysis software, or CAD platforms.
• Ability to manage project budgets, client communication, and technical deliverables.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred but not required.
• Ability to work remotely while supporting Indiana-based transportation and bridge projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead bridge design and rehabilitation projects and oversee delivery.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and project schedules to meet milestones.
• Engage with clients to communicate progress and manage expectations.
• Ensure compliance with INDOT standards and project workflows.
• Utilize bridge design software and CAD tools for accurate analyses and drawings.
