The role is remote within Indiana, with opportunities to own meaningful transportation projects and contribute to statewide mobility and safety. A PE license is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

Job Details

• Experience managing bridge design, rehabilitation, or structural transportation projects
• Familiarity with INDOT standards, procedures, and transportation project workflows
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or structural engineering
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams and project schedules
• Proficiency with bridge design tools, structural analysis software, or CAD platforms
• Ability to manage project budgets, client communication, and technical deliverables
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred but not required
• Ability to work remotely while supporting Indiana-based transportation and bridge projects
