Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Civil/Structural Engineer to lead bridge design, rehabilitation, and transportation projects across Indiana from a remote setup. You will work with a lean team, ensuring timely delivery and strict adherence to INDOT standards while maintaining direct client communications and budget oversight.

The ideal candidate has experience in bridge/structural transportation, familiarity with INDOT workflows, and a PE license is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Experience managing bridge design, rehabilitation, or structural transportation projects.
• Familiarity with INDOT standards, procedures, and transportation project workflows.
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams and project schedules.
• PE license preferred but not required.
