Merchants Mortgage & Trust Corporation seeks a driven Loan Originator to source, vet, foster and close relationships for its Bridge Loan programs. Candidates should have experience delivering bridge financing to builders and strong networking with residential real estate Fix & Flip and Ground Up projects.
The role requires excellent communication, self-motivation, and the ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced sales environment.
Qualificações
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 2+ years of experience originating bridge loans.
- Established book of business and a $3M+ monthly self-sourced pipeline.
Responsabilidades
- Identify, develop, and close on prospective bridge loan borrowers
- Cultivate and maintain strong business relationships with borrowers
- Obtain all required paperwork and financial information from perspective borrowers
- Report business development and sales activity
- Meet with new and existing prospects
- Help develop and execute business plans with market analysis
