Thimble Alterations is seeking experienced bridal and formalwear alterations professionals to join our growing network. You will measure, fit, and tailor wedding gowns, bridesmaid dresses, and mother‑of‑the‑bride/groom garments from the comfort of your own workspace and maintain a high standard of finish.

As an independent contractor, you choose the jobs that fit your schedule, receive local client requests via our platform, and can grow repeat clients and reviews through your evolving profile.

Formación

• Proven experience with bridal and/or women's formalwear alterations.
• Strong garment construction knowledge and precise measuring.
• Machine and hand sewing proficiency.
• Professional communication and customer service.

Responsabilidades

• Alter wedding gowns, bridesmaid dresses, and mother‑of‑the‑bride/groom dresses (hemming, bustle, bodice/waist, straps, cups, zippers).
• Work with structured bridal gowns (layers, lace, beading, linings, boning/tulle).
• Conduct fittings, take precise measurements, and communicate timelines clearly.
• Deliver high‑quality finishing and maintain an organized workspace suitable for fittings.
