Qualifications

• Substantial hands-on oncology experience, preferably supporting individuals with breast cancer.
• Ability to organize complex care plans across multiple specialists.
• Strong patient advocacy, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Navigate cancer-care journey from diagnostics to survivorship as applicable.
• Prepare for medical appointments by organizing information and questions for physicians.
• Coordinate information across oncology, breast surgery, cardiology, primary care, nutrition, and others.
• Maintain an organized care plan with appointments, testing, and follow‑up actions.
• Support informed decision‑making by translating medical concepts and questions.
• Facilitate second opinions and organize records for consultations.
• Provide patient advocacy to communicate priorities and concerns to the care team.
• Support nutrition, hydration, sleep, activity, and stress management per physician guidance.
• Refer complex or evolving medical issues to licensed professionals as needed.
