Job summary

TruX Retail Partner seeks a Director of Brand Partnership to lead operational execution and strategic coordination for assigned client brands. You will serve as the primary liaison between client stakeholders, program partnerships, and field operations, driving staffing, priorities, and performance to meet brand objectives and service requirements.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive experience in retail operations, client partnership management, field leadership, program execution, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Experience coordinating multi-market operations, cross-functional teams, and program priorities.
• Proven ability to monitor performance metrics, resolve issues, and improve service quality.
• Experience with program expenses, labor planning, and cost efficiency improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational planning and execution for assigned client brands, translating objectives into actionable plans.
• Build and maintain client relationships as the primary day-to-day contact for brand priorities.
• Align commitments, staffing, and field execution with senior leadership and client needs.
• Coordinate with managers and teams to communicate priorities and ensure consistent execution.
• Monitor performance against KPIs, service levels, and quality standards; drive improvements.
• Lead rollout of brand programs and merchandising initiatives in collaboration with multiple functions.
• Coach and develop program leaders and team members; manage escalations and reporting.
