Crystal Equation Corporation is seeking a Brand Operations Project Manager IV to join the global Company Marketing team remotely. You will coordinate complex projects, scale processes, and ensure cohesive brand experiences across platforms for internal teams and external partners.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in project management, 2+ years in brand management, strong communication, and the ability to multitask across initiatives. Competitive hourly pay of $75–$80 with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in project management or operations.
• 2+ years of brand management experience.
• Demonstrated project management experience.
• Experience building relationships with colleagues at all management levels.
• Experience planning, prioritizing and executing on multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
• Present and explain proposals, reports and findings to clients.
• Recruit employees, assign, direct, and evaluate their work, and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence.
• Analyze technology, resource needs and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.
• Confer with management, production and marketing staff to discuss project specifications and procedures.
• Support brand governance workflows.
• Review and recommend or approve contracts and cost estimates.
• Direct, review and approve product designs and changes.
• Consult or negotiate with clients to prepare project specifications.
