Ethos is seeking an executive creative director to help train its latest language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will lead brand strategy and creative direction for consumer or B2B brands, creating and refining AI-generated materials across key workflows such as brand positioning decks, briefs, identity guidelines, and marketing collateral.

Applicants should have a portfolio of shipped campaigns, strong writing, and attention to detail.

• 5+ years leading brand strategy or creative direction for consumer or B2B brands.
• Portfolio of shipped campaign creative, brand guidelines, or pitch decks.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with strong writing.

Mansioni

• Help train AI models by creating, evaluating, and refining AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
• Develop and assess work across core workflows: brand positioning decks, briefs, identity guidelines, one-pagers, sponsorship decks, calendars, and trackers.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to ensure high-quality, professional-grade outputs.
