BairesDev is seeking a Brand & Marketing Specialist to strengthen our brand management and execute marketing programs that drive audience engagement and business growth.

You will ensure brand consistency across outputs, collaborate with design, content, and digital teams, and contribute to market research to position our campaigns effectively. This role offers a remote, globally connected environment with strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in marketing, brand management or marketing communications.
• Strong understanding of brand identity across channels.
• Experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Proficiency with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of integrated marketing campaigns while adhering to brand guidelines.
• Develop and maintain brand assets, templates, presentations, and visuals.
• Coordinate with design, content, and digital teams to produce on-brand materials.
• Monitor brand consistency across channels and flag discrepancies.
• Contribute to market research and competitive analysis for positioning.
• Track and report marketing and brand performance metrics.
