BairesDev is seeking a Brand & Marketing Specialist to strengthen our market presence by ensuring brand consistency across outputs and contributing to campaigns and programs that drive audience engagement and business growth.

You will collaborate with design, content, and digital teams to produce on-brand materials for campaigns and events, support research efforts, and track performance to enable continuous improvement. This role is remote and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, or marketing communications.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns while ensuring all outputs align with brand guidelines.
• Assist in developing and maintaining brand assets including templates, presentations, and visual content.
• Coordinate with design, content, and digital teams to produce on-brand materials for campaigns and events.
• Monitor brand consistency across marketing channels and flag discrepancies for review.
• Contribute to market research and competitive analysis efforts to inform brand and campaign positioning.
• Track and report on marketing and brand performance metrics to support continuous improvement.
