Job summary

Jack Morton is seeking an experienced Event Manager to orchestrate high-impact meetings, conventions, trade shows, and corporate events. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of event management experience.
• Proficiency with Cvent and MS Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage budgets and timelines.
• Strong client and vendor relation skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics for meetings, conventions, trade shows, and events.
• Liaise with clients, venues, housing partners, attendees, and internal teams.
• Define needs for attendance projections, housing, space, F&B, AV, and travel.
• Lead venue research, site selection, and contracting within budgets.
• Prepare work statements, cost models, and budgets.
• Manage budgets, invoices, and post-event reconciliation.
• Oversee registration, invitations, and sponsorship activities.
