Job summary

Jack Morton Worldwide is seeking an experienced Event Specialist embedded with Mastercard to lead end-to-end meetings and events across in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats. You will manage event tech, marketing integration, and data-driven insights while ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand standards.

Fluency in Spanish and English, strong Cvent skills, and Salesforce experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English (required).
• Proven experience in event management, meetings, or conference planning.
• Strong expertise in Cvent (certification preferred).
• Experience with Salesforce, including lead capture and integration.
• Background in event marketing, branding, and communications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel globally as needed.
• Client-focused with strong stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage events in Cvent, including registration paths and travel.
• Build and maintain event websites, apps, emails, and virtual platforms.
• Manage invitations, communications, and on-site technologies.
• Lead full lifecycle event management from planning to post-event.
• Coordinate venues, travel, catering, AV, and staffing.
• Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships.
• Analyze performance data and provide insights.
• Partner with Mastercard stakeholders and coordinate timelines.
• Ensure data privacy and compliance.
