Qualifications

• Experience in event marketing, experiential, or creative solutions-based agency environments preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business, technical, and regulatory documentation.
• Strong written communication skills for proposals, reports, and business correspondence.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and strong organization.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to internal processes and policies accurately and efficiently.
• Develop understanding of project systems and utilize asset and event management tools.
• Support Project Managers with assigned tasks and client communications.
• Maintain organized project files, timelines, and documentation.
• Travel domestically and internationally for fulfillment as required.
• Read, redline, and support fabrication drawing development as needed.
