Remote Talent LATAM seeks a commercially minded Brand & Conversion Creative Lead to shape messaging and drive conversions across channels for a US-focused brand. You will lead copywriting, develop website and conversion strategies, and collaborate with an in-house designer to bring concepts to life.

The role prioritizes setting the creative vision, ensuring consistency across touchpoints, and growing from 15–25 hours per week to a full-time leadership position as the business expands.

Competenze

• 4+ years of experience in brand messaging, copywriting, creative strategy, or creative direction for consumer-facing brands.
• Experience with US-based DTC, food, beverage, wellness, or CPG brands.
• Strong copywriting and conversion optimization skills for website, landing pages, and product copy.
• Ability to brief, direct, and provide constructive feedback to graphic designers and other creative professionals.
• Near-native US English proficiency and understanding of American consumer culture.
• Familiarity with Figma, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing relevant brand, copywriting, and conversion-focused work.

Mansioni

• Lead website and conversion strategy messaging for the new website, landing pages, and product pages.
• Provide creative direction with briefs, wireframes, and feedback to the in-house designer.
• Maintain brand voice and visual identity across digital platforms, packaging, and marketing materials.
• Collaborate with the Amazon agency to optimize product listings, A+ content, and Brand Store messaging.
• Develop email campaign concepts and copy; support retail and wholesale collateral.
• Develop future creative concepts and scripts for paid advertising campaigns and product launches.
