Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years of content management experience in an international setting.
• Proven people management skills and experience.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• A knack for creativity.
• Experience using popular content management systems and analytics tools (Ahrefs, WordPress, and Google Search Console).
• A firm grasp of UX and on-page conversion rate optimisation.
• Experienced with SEO best practices.
• Confident working with a wide variety of stakeholders, internal and external.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal English communications.

• Overseeing our company’s content strategy from ideation to distribution.
• Driving content production that will attract and convert leads for our sales.
• Managing a team of creatives and balancing administrative tasks alongside editorial duties.
• Optimizing content for conversion, improving existing content, and filling content gaps.
• Plan, create, and distribute content with cross-functional teams.
• Develop a comprehensive content strategy across multiple platforms (website, off-site, social).
• Create and maintain a streamlined content calendar.
• Proofread and edit submissions per brand guidelines.
• Review analytics and SEO performance reports to measure impact.
• Conduct regular content audits to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Collaborate with the in-house SEO team to implement best practices.
• Work with outreach to improve search engine rankings.
• Brainstorm new content ideas with the broader marketing team.
