Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field preferred.
• 1+ years experience in customer engagement, retail, e‑commerce, digital marketing, or related field.
• Experience with online platforms, reviews, or customer-facing communication is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze online reviews, customer feedback, and Q&A to identify VOC trends and opportunities.
• Respond to customer reviews and product questions in a timely, professional, brand-aligned manner.
• Reinforce brand image across .com platforms and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain reporting tools, dashboards, and tracking systems with accuracy.
• Apply program guidelines to ensure consistent tone and messaging across responses.
