Premium Retail Services, LLC is seeking an Online Brand Ambassador (OBA) to strengthen brand presence on e-commerce platforms. You will monitor reviews and Q&A, extract VOC insights, and craft timely, on-brand responses to customer feedback.

The role works with a remote team and partners with leadership to ensure consistent program execution and actionable insights that support customer experience and business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in customer engagement, retail, e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Experience working with online platforms, reviews, or customer-facing communication channels is an asset.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and analyze online reviews, customer feedback, and Q&A to identify VOC trends and opportunities.
• Respond to customer reviews and product questions in a timely, professional, brand-aligned manner.
• Reinforce brand image across .com platforms (reviews, Q&A, forums).
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, Engineering, and cross-functional teams to address customer concerns.
• Manage aspects of ratings & reviews for assigned product category, including review validity and SKU groupings.
• Maintain reporting tools, dashboards, and tracking systems with accuracy.
• Apply program guidelines to ensure consistent tone and responses.
• Share learnings and best practices with team to improve efficiency.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, brand messaging, and platform updates.
