Accendra Health is seeking a Branch Operations Support role to assist daily operations of the office and manager team. Eligible for telecommuting, with an anticipated hourly range of $16.66–$20.97.

You will interact with sales, referrals and patients, verify insurance, arrange appointments, and perform data entry and document management. Strong communication and organization are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years in an office environment preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively by phone and electronically.

Responsibilities

• Support daily branch operations and assist Branch Manager(s).
• Answer customer calls, provide information, and resolve issues with referrals and patients.
• Process intakes, verify insurance, and obtain authorizations per payor guidelines.
• Schedule deliveries and pickups, confirm appointments, and handle data entry.
• Assist with billing/document retrieval and prepare reports as needed.
