Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least two years related office experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Sales team, referrals and patients to gather documentation and meet insurance guidelines.
• Answer calls to provide information and resolve questions; work with branches to resolve issues.
• Process intakes, review ACIS screens, confirm deliveries and equipment authorization.
• Perform post-delivery work orders and data entry; contact patients via outbound calls, faxes or SMS.
• Assist with scheduling deliveries and pickups; handle paperwork and insurance explanations.
