The Bookkeeper role handles month-end closes, payroll and year-end adjustments, and onboarding bookkeeping for new customers, while communicating effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in executing month-end financial closes.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsabilités

• Categorize daily financial transactions and reconcile books with bank statements.
• Perform year-end reconciliations, payroll reconciliations, merchant fee adjustments, and revenue timing adjustments.
• Communicate with clients and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely task completion.
• Onboard bookkeeping for new customers and help set up their accounts.
