The Boutique COO, a small business support firm based in the Pacific Northwest, seeks a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support multiple clients remotely across the United States.

You will manage records, reconcile accounts, generate reports, and assist with payroll and tax prep, using QuickBooks Online/Desktop and Google Workspace. This role offers 20 hours/week initially with growth opportunities.

Formación

• Bookkeeping experience including accounts payable/receivable and reconciling accounts.
• Accurate financial records management and discrepancy identification.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online and Desktop.
• Strong communication to explain financial insights to clients and maintain responsive communication.
• Problem-solving mindset for discrepancies and process improvements.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain accurate financial records for clients and reconcile accounts.
• Process accounts payable and receivable with timely payments and invoicing.
• Prepare financial reports (P&L, balance sheets, cash flow).
• Support tax preparation by organizing records and ensuring compliance.
• Manage payroll processing with accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with clients to answer financial questions and suggest improvements.
• Keep financial systems secure and up to date.
