Job summary

Check Off Your List, LLC is seeking a part-time remote bookkeeper to support small businesses. You will manage multiple QuickBooks files, reconcile accounts, and ensure accuracy in A/P and A/R while preparing financial statements.

Ideal candidates have a ~2-year degree, QuickBooks Online certification, strong typing, phone etiquette, and solid writing/editing skills. Remote hours are 10–15 per week with growth potential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain multiple QuickBooks files by entering transactions.
• Reconcile bank, credit card, and Line of Credit accounts in QuickBooks.
• Audit vendor and customer accounts for accurate A/P and A/R.
• Provide accurate financial statements.
• Obtain necessary documentation for accuracy of transactions.
• Move small businesses toward their financial goals through consistent support.
